You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: a) Printed Materials: We stand behind our products and should there be any problem with workmanship we will replace it or refund your money (y (*less shipping and handling) at no additional charge. Most of our assembled Lapbooks are assembled by us or by other Homeschooling families in our community. While we strive for the best there will still be a hand crafted product produced and while that is part of the charm we do not expect our customers to accept poor quality or damaged goods. We simply ask you to return the product in like-new condition/the condition you received it in within 30 days of the purchase date. b) CD: If you are dissatisfied for any reason we will gladly refund your money or exchange for a product of equal value (*less shipping and handling) We simply ask you to return the product in like-new condition/the condition you received it in within 30 days of the purchase date. c) E Books: We do not offer a refund on E book materials. Once the E Book is confirmed as downloaded we will make sure that you receive a working copy and we do guarantee the product will work as implied. Due to personal computers having varying hardware and software we can only guarantee the e-packaged product will work based on the Adobe Acrobat Reader standards. However, we are always willing to discuss any issues and do our best to assure our customers are satisfied to the fullest.
*Shipping charges are paid directly to the shipping company and handling is for the packaging materials etc. We hope you understand. For example, if you went to the local market and did have a product to return you will typically receive a refund for the money spent on the product but not for your vehicle mileage and time etc. Getting the product home is pretty much a separate cost from the purchase of the product. This is why Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.(???)
With 30 years of personal experience in the services industry I feel confident that there is no customer worth losing and no customer that cannot be made happy with their overall buying experience. Our goal is to deliver a service before and after the purchase that will produce loyalty. We also choose to affiliate ourselves only with like-minded businesses.
Serving in the Homeschool marketplace is a great privilege in that the quality of the people is amazing. The needs are genuine and deeply impacting to the family. Whether it is in the area of financial frugalness to help meet the needs of a demanding Homeschool lifestyle or in the quality of information to increase effectiveness in teaching and reduce stress and hopefully save some time. We do understand that money and time wasted are frustrating. So, we do pledge to do our best to provide truly useful products backed by our concern for our hearts before our God and the need to know our customers and compatriots feel that their needs are genuinely being addressed.
